How does the virtual try-on work?

Do I need to download anything?
The Chrome extension is optional but recommended for the best experience. You can use FitCheckPro directly on our website, or install our free Chrome extension for seamless shopping integration.
Is FitCheckPro free to use?
FitCheckPro is a paid service. We require subscriptions because we use expensive, high-performance computers to generate your personalized virtual try-on experiences. This ensures you get the highest quality AI-powered results.

Privacy & Data

What happens to my photos?
Your photos are used solely to create your personalized virtual try-on experience. We do NOT use your images to train or improve our AI models. Your privacy is our top priority.
Can I delete my photos and data?
Yes, you can delete your photos and account data at any time through your account settings. All data will be permanently removed from our servers.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Your images are stored securely and are never shared with third parties.
Do you share my information with retailers?
No, we never share your personal information or photos with retailers or any third parties. Your data remains private and is used only for your virtual try-on experience.

How much does a subscription cost?

The extension isn't working on a website. What should I do?
Try refreshing the page, ensure you're logged into your FitCheckPro account, and check that the extension is enabled. If issues persist, contact our support team.
Can I use the extension on mobile devices?
Currently, our Chrome extension only works on desktop browsers. We're working on mobile solutions for the future.

Technical Support

My virtual try-on results look wrong. What can I do?
Ensure you've uploaded clear, well-lit photos and selected the correct garment category. Try using trained models for better results, and make sure the clothing item matches the category you selected.
How long does it take to generate try-on results?
Most try-on results are generated within 30-60 seconds, depending on image complexity and server load. Premium subscribers get priority processing.
I'm having trouble uploading photos. What should I do?
Ensure your photos are in JPG, PNG, or WebP format and under 10MB. Use clear, well-lit photos with good contrast. If problems persist, try a different browser or contact support.
